The Norifea is a Ringmaker and the founder of the Circle of Smoke. She highly values freedom.
History
For centuries the Norifea has been the guardians of the Odaluni Meadows.
The Virivié
In 488 ID she became a Ringmaker when she made Mylène Virivié a vespromancer. She then remained in contact with the Virivié family, but even then she made very few of the family vespromancers.
Sinless Night
During the Sinless Night, the Norifea saved Liliane Virivié from certain death by making her a vespromancer, but was not able to also save her adoptive daughter Priscilla Virivié. After this Liliane broke the pact between her family and the Norifea.
Founding of the Circle
After the death of Liliane, and with some of her power recovered, the Norifea decided to find a new way to interact with mortals and started seeking worthy allies.
In 864 ID, during the Ehorian Wars, she encoutered Lughen Vighen, an Undying One who had become a pawn in the war and was in search of a way to die. After hearing him, the Norifea offered him a new way of life if he decided that, in the end, his life was still worth living.
In 868 ID, the Norifea found Lughen and settled west of Voire and east of the Odaluni Meadows, to create the Circle of Smoke.
