The Circle of Smoke was founded by The Norifea some time after the Sinless Night, with the help of Lughen Vighen.
The Circle is located in the northern Miren Woods, south-west of Voire and east of the Odaluni Meadows, on the ruins of an Arvis village, where a Tree of Lies has taken roots.
Near the circle is settled the Lusassa Tribe, with wich the Norifea has made pacts for trade and passage, so it’s not uncommon to see goblin wander here.
