The Laboratory of Tears, commonly known as simply The Laboratory, is an international organization, founded in the city of Enna in Mersan, that deals in the study of the Tears of Genesis.
The organization was created to study and find ways to reduce the impact of Sin on the environment after the Sinless Night. The Laboratory is usually one of the first organizations involved in the responses to a Sunbreach.
History
The Laboratory was founded in 828 ID, Giradur 26, after the Sinless Night, by Tuk-Tuk Glassborn with the help and funds of Liliane Virivié.
Project ERE
In 894 ID Chana Manvit, a kasmarei researcher of the laboratory, started research on the Project ERE. A study on the applications and setups of sin-induced chain reactions.
The project was discontinued in 899 ID when Tuk-Tuk, finding it too dangerous, decieded to defound it.
