The Alhyr is not a language that can be used for effective communication, speaking in it seems almost pointless, it’s a language made to be used in songs, it’s the language of the universe and was not made for the futile thoughts of mortals.
Language of the Gods
This language was spoken by the gods and their children during the Divine Age, but not extensively. This is the reason for which this is also known as the Godstongue.
All the Noble Gods, during the divine age, begun speaking new languages as their children developed new methods to communicate with one another.
Neo-alhyr languages
Of the languages that developed during the divine age, some were completely new, while others used the Alhyr as a base. The languages that have roots in the Alhyr are known as new-alhyr languages.
The languages spoke by the children of Arthe, Athrann and Ienna are the ones that most of all developed organically from the Alhyr.
