Ardus

Ardus is a Lyran contry, located north of the Velon Peninsula and in the Vastfrost.

Ardus is an oligarchy where four families known as the Pillars have executive powers. The title of of Pillar is not ereditary, the four families are instead chosen between all the noble houses by a council known as Makers of Wind every ten years to take the position of Pillars.
